Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years professional software development experience delivering production services or applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, C#, or a similar modern language.
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, or cloud-native applications.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging, and system design.
• Experience with relational and/or distributed databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, source control, monitoring, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate cloud-native services supporting OCI infrastructure planning and capacity management.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, workflow components, and automation for operational processes.
• Develop software that processes infrastructure, data at scale, and improves forecasting accuracy.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and analytics for operational visibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues; improve monitoring and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
