Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate our multi-cluster Kubernetes stack and core infra that powers Dana and enterprise workloads. You will work embedded with engineers across the organization, owning incidents end-to-end and driving architectural decisions to improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.

Strong candidates have a BS in CS and deep cloud experience, with IaC, GitOps, and multi-cloud

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale infra, SRE, or DevOps.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and deployment tooling.
Proficient in Go, Python, Rust, or C++ and comfortable learning new languages.
Experience with Infra as Code and GitOps workflows.
BS in CS or related field required.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate multi-cluster Kubernetes infrastructure across cloud providers.
Act as solutions architect for internal platform customers and drive production deployments.
Improve developer efficiency by tooling to reduce friction.
Lead incident response, postmortems, and prevent recurrence.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through design reviews.
