Job summary

RTI International is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud-native platform services. You will build multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms, automate infrastructure with IaC, and advance CI/CD and observability capabilities to support research and analytics applications.

You will collaborate with security, governance, and development teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platforms, balancing reliability with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, automate, and support enterprise platform services across cloud-native environments.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure observability, security controls, and policy enforcement for multi-tenant platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across infrastructure, network, and applications.
