Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Systems Development Engineer L4 to define and enforce governance and standards for our commercial cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Snowflake). You will develop infrastructure as code and support application teams with design and implementation.

Your work will span platform features, cloud deployment, and ensuring non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency are realized across services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Cloud/SRE or Systems Engineer.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or Snowflake.
• Infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting with Terraform, Linux shell, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and enforce governance and standards for commercial cloud platforms.
• Design, develop, and implement platform-level features across cloud services.
• Develop infrastructure as code and support application teams with design and implementation.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.
• Develop metrics to manage cloud infrastructure and drive automation and cost-efficiency.
