Job summary

Odin Labs, Inc. is hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate the Google Cloud foundation used by multiple engineering teams.

You will own architecture, networking, identity, and production operations, while hands-on coding in Terraform and related tooling. You will lead substantial infrastructure projects, build self-service modules, and continuously improve CI/CD, security controls, and observability.

Qualifications

• Production cloud foundation design and operation across multiple projects/regions.
• Terraform as production system with modules, state design, testing and migrations.
• CI/CD pipelines and delivery tooling improvements for faster, safer releases.
• Cloud networks design, troubleshooting, and secure connectivity.
• IAM governance and audit evidence to support security/compliance.
• GKE and Cloud SQL production experience including upgrades and recovery.
• On-call participation and incident-driven improvements to architecture and tooling.
• Communicate plans, interfaces, and runbooks clearly across teams.
• Using AI to accelerate engineering while preserving security and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud-infrastructure projects from design to production with hands-on work.
• Design and operate Google Cloud foundations (organization/project structure, compute, storage, networking, identity).
• Build and maintain reusable Terraform foundations for safe, repeatable changes.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and tooling to speed up delivery and recovery.
• Design, troubleshoot, and secure cloud networking across boundaries.
• Implement IAM/governance controls for security/compliance.
• Develop self-service modules and documentation to reduce manual work.
• Operate platform through provider changes, alerts, upgrades, and cost/performance needs.
• Build observability and participate in on-call rotation; use incidents to improve resilience.
