Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to join a high-impact engagement and work directly with client stakeholders on strategic projects with significant visibility and business impact.

You will be the go-to expert for cloud infrastructure, automation, and HPC workloads, capable of architecting solutions and operating them in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and operations fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python scripting; working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash.
• Terraform experience; familiarity with CloudFormation and/or AWS CDK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure with a focus on networking, security, and cloud operations best practices.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; support CloudFormation and AWS CDK as needed.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to streamline workflows.
• Architect and support HPC and parallel compute workloads using AWS services and batch processing.
