Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Cloud Platform / Infrastructure Engineer in New York to design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for scalable workloads.

You'll partner with developers and quants to secure, reliable platforms, implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and cost-optimized architectures using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and related tools. Strong Python or Bash automation and leadership skills are valued in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud/infrastructure/DevOps engineering
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical leadership and ability to drive architectural decisions

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architecture solutions grounded in AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Establish infrastructure-as-code practices that are reproducible and auditable
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure secure, scalable platforms
• Use AI and automation to optimize costs and migrate to strategic infrastructure
• Help teams assess risks and plan for business continuity
• Define platform infrastructure best practices for scale across the firm
