Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Engineer to drive development and stability of its cloud platforms. The role focuses on IaC, security, and cost optimization within AWS, with collaboration across developers and platform teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in AWS, Terraform, and Python, and thrives in a distributed team environment while improving customer-facing cloud services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies and architecture
• Experience with multi-cloud environments is a plus
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
• Familiarity with Terraform IaC and CI/CD tooling
• Strong collaboration and communication in distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IaC to provision secure, scalable infra
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams to gather requirements
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog related to cloud platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Design secure cloud foundations and reusable templates for faster deployment
