Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join its Chicago team. The role focuses on operating and optimizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service platform, with emphasis on reliability, governance, and modern web architectures.

You will work with Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native patterns to ensure scalable, secure web applications. This on-site position requires strong incident management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years experience beyond degree.
Experience maintaining AWS in production environments.
Expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environments and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for AEM as a Cloud Service platforms, including Author, Publish, Dispatcher, CDN, and integrations.
Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and reliability using enterprise monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot production incidents, deployments, and integration issues with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate RCA activities to identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, environment promotions, and configuration changes.
