Job summary

USA Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Minneapolis onsite role focused on Cloud Platform & Data Architecture. You will lead design and development of foundational services powering mCloud, including identity, device management, billing, and compliance.

You will architect enterprise-scale solutions, implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure, and push for scalable, secure deployments using .NET and modern APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud applications and platform services.
• Experience using AI-assisted coworker tools (Claude preferred) to write, debug, and operationalize scalable deployments.
• Deep expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, gRPC and GraphQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies (App Service, Entra ID, Azure SQL, Key Vault).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern design patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud observability in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the Device Database to ensure trusted device identity and business-driven structure.
• Build robust billing and administration capabilities for enterprise readiness (subscription monetization, RBAC, auditing, retention).
• Manage terms and conditions workflows, privacy-policy consent flows, and compliance programs.
• Optimize cloud environments for scalability, reliability, performance, security and cost.
