Infosys Limited is expanding a dedicated technology engineering team focused on AI, ML, and scalable cloud platforms. The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC, architecture leadership, and hands-on coding across AWS and Azure with Kubernetes and CI/CD automation.

The candidate will document requirements, guide design discussions, contribute to code and tests, and support production stability while enabling scalable, secure deployments across multi-region environments.

Formación

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Core skills: Generative AI, AWS and Azure cloud architecture; Kubernetes including EKS, AKS, ECS, and OpenShift; Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and multi-cloud infrastructure automation; Python and .NET/C# backend development; REST APIs and FastAPI; GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Concourse, Argo CD, and Harness; Docker and Linux; IAM, RBAC, networking, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and production operations.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Preferred skills: Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker; large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, MCP servers, FastMCP, tools, skills, and plugins; Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, and Azure Monitor; AWS Lambda and Azure Functions; PostgreSQL and MongoDB; OPA/Gatekeeper; Terraform Sentinel; multi-region and active-passive deployments; SonarQube, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy, and ServiceNow.
Design, develop, automate, and operate secure, scalable cloud and AI platforms across AWS and Azure. Build Python and .NET/C# REST APIs, backend services, and reusable application templates for application onboarding, platform integration, and cloud automation. Develop reusable Terraform modules and Helm deployments for EKS, AKS, OpenShift, IAM, serverless services, networking, monitoring, and applications. Integrate Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol services with enterprise applications and developer workflows. Create and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Concourse, Argo CD, or Harness. Implement access controls, policy enforcement, vulnerability remediation, observability, high availability, disaster recovery, multi-region deployment, and production support. Troubleshoot APIs, AI integrations, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, authentication, networking, databases, and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with development, cloud, security, database, and operations teams while maintaining architecture documents, migration plans, runbooks, and operational procedures. Provide technical leadership, define reusable engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive self-service platform capabilities.

Required qualifications: More than 16 years of information technology experience, with strong hands-on experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, and production operations. Practical expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, .NET/C#, REST APIs, CI/CD, Linux, cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience building cloud automation, reusable platform services, and secure enterprise deployment patterns. Experience leading technical initiatives and collaborating with globally distributed engineering, security, product, and operations teams. Hands-on experience with generative AI services and Model Context Protocol capabilities is preferred.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
