Job summary

Parsons seeks a Networking and Internet Product Manager/Systems Engineer to define the vision and roadmap for cloud networking and internet connectivity in support of OCO. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with government partners on secure, reliable network solutions.

The role requires active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, strong leadership, and experience in defense/intelligence sectors. You will drive PI execution, stakeholder engagement, and multi-platform delivery with a focus

Qualifications

Min 12 years with Bachelors, 10 years with Masters, or 16 years with HS Diploma; significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity.
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline; MBA or similar degree is a plus
Active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance
Experience with government agencies or defense contractors is highly desirable
Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity
Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services; familiar with networking technologies (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience in development of products/management in a development environment; ability to build roadmaps and prioritize features for cloud networking and connectivity
Facilitate stakeholder interactions; strong documentation skills
Hands-on, ownership mindset; senior guidance to less experienced team members

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity.
Lead backlog refinement; ensure features are defined, prioritized, and turned into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive PI execution and cross-team collaboration.
Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders (USCYBERCOM, NSA, CCMDs) to align capability delivery.
Participate in TEMs, operational working groups, and other forums related to cloud networking.
Partner with clients to understand objectives, develop concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and specifications for cloud networking solutions.
Work with designers and engineers to deliver multi-platform applications with robust and secure connectivity.
Lead engagements with partners and industry leaders to deliver network solutions on time and within budget.
