Job summary

RSC2 Inc. in Maryland seeks an OCO Networking and Internet Product Manager to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity.

You will lead backlog refinement and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure networking solutions. The role requires extensive experience in cloud networking, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile practices.

Qualifications

TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance, current.
Minimum 12 years with a Bachelor's degree, 10 years with a Masters, or 16 years with a HS/Associates.
Experience with government or defense sectors is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of cloud networking principles and secure connectivity.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; familiar with Agile.
Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps for cloud networking.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems focused on cloud networking.
Lead backlog refinement; decompose features into actionable user stories.
Coordinate PI execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
Engage with stakeholders including USCYBERCOM, NSA, and CCMDs.
Collaborate with designers and engineers on multi‑platform applications.
Mentor other product managers and drive delivery on time and budget.
