Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years designing and developing complex applications.
• Experience with C#, .NET, API development, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and Azure services (e.g., Container Apps, API Management, Key Vault, App Services, Logic Apps, SQL MI).
• Familiarity with Twelve-Factor Apps, microservices, REST, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; capable of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Experience with Agile teams and SAFe is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; Angular and Property Casualty insurance experience are a plus.

Responsibilities
