Job summary

Leidos Inc is seeking a Principal Software Developer to join the Air Traffic Business Area in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves developing next-generation flight service and air traffic systems to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

You will design and implement software solutions in a Scaled Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have extensive experience in Java, web development, and Agile frameworks, as well as the ability to obtain a Public Trust investigation.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience or 10-13 years with a Master's degree.
• In-depth knowledge of Java with substantial hands-on programming experience.
• Significant experience with Linux and version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for software development activities in an Agile environment.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing.
• Actively participate in Agile scrum ceremonies.
