You will translate complex requirements into reliable, observable systems, collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering to deliver meaningful business impact. Plano, TX based, on-site role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of software engineering in a modern environment.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin or comparable frameworks.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, real‑time streaming, and serverless patterns.
• Hands‑on with AWS services and 12‑factor app design.
• Strong observability: logging, instrumentation, testing, and production support.
• Experience with version control practices and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native platform services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering to deliver impact.
• Develop and maintain distributed microservices and platform applications.
• Create reusable components, patterns, and documentation to improve delivery speed.
• Participate in design discussions and align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Enhance application quality through monitoring, logging, and automated testing.
• Stay current with new technologies and promote continuous improvement across teams.
