Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery or architecture for cloud‑native or distributed systems.
• Experience with Python, Java/Spring Boot, or similar stacks.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS and with Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevSecOps, GitLab CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding.
• Experience with distributed data/analytics pipelines (Kafka, NiFi, Elasticsearch).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full‑stack cloud‑native microservices.
• Own major system components and guide modernization and cloud adoption.
• Develop secure, scalable back‑end services using Python, Java/Spring Boot, or similar.
• Architect and govern AWS deployments, Kubernetes clusters, and IaC.
• Guide DevSecOps practices, pipelines, testing, and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and analysts to define requirements and strategy.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior engineers; perform code reviews.
