Qualifications

12 years of technical experience in cloud engineering, solutions architecture, DevOps, technical marketing, or presales within enterprise technology and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Expertise provisioning cloud instances, configuring networking, deploying containers, and troubleshooting performance independently.
Experience operating AI/ML inference workflows and deploying model endpoints.
Design reproducible tests and present data-driven performance insights.
Produce technical content understandable to engineers and stakeholders; present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical evaluations of cloud and AI platforms, provision infrastructure, deploy workloads, measure performance, and document results in reproducible formats.
Develop benchmarking framework for AI inference workloads, standardizing tests, models, and KPIs for provider comparisons.
Assess competitor architectures, APIs, networking, storage, GPU availability, orchestration tools, and developer experience while documenting product performance during deployment.
Produce battle cards, technical comparison guides, and content for Sales and Presales grounded in verified data.
Collaborate with Product Management to analyze cloud products, provide actionable insights, and recommend roadmap items.
