We are seeking an Architect-level Senior Cloud Integration Architect to support our Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) managed service provider contract. As a senior leader on the Navigator team, you will not perform hands-on keyboard development work. Instead, you will act as a consultative guide, identifying needs, process improvements, and actively assisting application teams with navigating the GovCloud environment to knock down walls and get their apps live.
This role will serve as the central coordination and communication lead supporting new applications/services/tenants onboarding to the AWS environment. You will coordinate with DSO, Cyber Security, Engineering, Ops and Monitoring, and Sustainment activities within an AWS Landing Zone environment. The Navigator is responsible for driving alignment, maintaining visibility into progress and risks, and enabling successful outcomes through a disciplined, process-driven communication model. Crucially, this Architect will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the experience for our customers.
Your immediate priority will be leading an initiative to drastically reduce the current 16-step process for new app teams to gain GovCloud access.
