Job summary

Atlas is seeking a senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure in Lafayette, LA. You will lead a cross‑functional team building and operating hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS), driving DevOps, IaC, and security practices aligned with business goals.

You will partner with CIO and executives on cloud strategy, cost management, and IT modernization while advancing ITIL processes and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 15+ years in progressive IT infrastructure roles, 5+ years leading cloud/hybrid teams.
• Experience managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP including networking, identity, and security.
• Proficient with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience supporting IT compliance initiatives (NIST 800-171, CIS, ISO).
• Proven success leading infra teams and driving technology transformation.
• Strength in cost analysis, vendor negotiation, and cloud/network budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Cloud, Network, and Systems Admin teams for enterprise infra.
• Architect and manage scalable cloud infra (Azure/AWS) with high availability and security.
• Evaluate new tech to improve performance and reliability across the org.
• Design secure network architectures including cloud networking, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs.
• Oversee cost analysis, procurement, and optimization of cloud services and circuits.
• Align infra strategies with business goals and digital transformation efforts.
• Develop ITIL-aligned practices for change, incident, and service continuity.
• Ensure policies and controls support NIST 800-171 compliance.
