Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cloud to lead cloud transformation initiatives and modernize our clients' technology stacks. The role focuses on building scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, while guiding hybrid environments and on-premise transitions.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize infrastructure operations, and deliver reliable, cost-efficient cloud solutions that support business growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure; AWS experience preferred.
• Background in traditional infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
• Drive the transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
