Job summary

Apple IS&T Infrastructure Services seeks a passionate engineer to design, build, and operate highly scalable cloud infrastructure supporting global services. You'll work on virtualized networks, compute, and storage, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, high-performance systems at massive scale.

Applicants should have 2+ years in cloud-native infra or systems programming, strong Go/C/Python skills, and deep networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of software development experience with cloud-native infrastructure or systems programming.
• Strong GoLang, C or Python with a preference for Go.
• Understanding of concurrency patterns and writing high-performance code.
• Deep knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing, NAT, DNS.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and routing in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run scalable services for Apple’s cloud infrastructure.
• Architectural design, data structures, algorithms, microservices, and APIs.
• Prioritize tasks, meet bold deadlines, and drive closures.
• Debug production issues and ensure reliable operations across systems.
