Job summary

Databricks in the United States seeks a Production Engineer to own secure multi-cloud infrastructure, IAM, and automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring 100% reliability in regulated environments.

You will build observable tooling, address incidents, and partner with Security and Compliance teams to align with evolving standards while supporting on-call rotations and secure access workflows. This role requires TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in production engineering, SRE, security engineering, or cloud infra.
• Experience with IAM, networking, accounts/subscriptions, audit logging.
• IaC and automation experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD for infra changes.
• Security-sensitive environment experience and audit/compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and operate IAM and cross-cloud lifecycle at scale.
• Build reliable automation to apply cloud changes safely and repeatedly.
• Own security data pipelines from cloud providers into internal systems.
• Lead on-call and incident response for cloud accounts and security data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams to meet standards.
