Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with End User Computing (EUC), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) technologies.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and infrastructure standardization practices.
• Experience designing and supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and platform resiliency solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining security, compliance, monitoring, and governance controls across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable cloud, infrastructure, and virtual desktop platforms.
• Develop automation, orchestration, and self-remediation solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Standardize infrastructure, cloud services, endpoint platforms, and operational processes through automation.
• Implement monitoring, observability, reporting, compliance, and governance solutions that improve platform health.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Enhance platform security, compliance, and resiliency through proactive engineering and lifecycle management.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and operational readiness through modernization and automation initiatives.
