Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC seeks a Senior Fullstack Software Developer to join the FAST product team in a cloud-based energy solutions company. You will work with senior developers and engineers to design, develop, maintain, and deploy software for scaling transmission power systems engineering processes for EPE and clients.

Responsibilities include collaborating across engineering, data science, and business teams, using Python, React, Typescript, Docker, and Kubernetes, and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 4+ years software engineering experience.
• Experience developing software or SaaS products (5+ years).
• 3+ years Python experience with FastAPI REST services.
• 4+ years React experience in SaaS/CloudBased apps.
• Contributed to at least one enterprise client facing application.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based software solutions for the energy sector.
• Maintain and improve existing applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements, coding, testing, deployment.
• Work with Python, React, Typescript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to code reviews, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Contribute to design and build of agentic skills and processes to speed time-to-market.
• Continuously learn new technologies and approaches.
