Job summary

Hudl is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to own cloud and software spend, forecast costs, and drive efficiency across the stack. You will allocate spend to services and teams, create actionable cost insights for leadership, and automate repetitive work using Python, GitHub Actions, and AWS Lambda.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Fluent in automation and scripting with Python; strong SQL skills.
• Deep knowledge of AWS pricing, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans.
• Able to pitch and drive cost optimization using Scrum/Kanban in Jira.
• AI-forward mindset; comfortable using AI tools (Claude ecosystem a plus).

Responsibilities

• Forecast and allocate cloud and software spend; track and predict spend trajectories.
• Maintain chargeback model tying spend to services and contracts; liaise with Accounting/FP&A.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Python, GitHub Actions, and Lambda.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, finance, and accounting to push cost improvements.
