Job summary

DSA in Fort Dix, NJ is seeking a Cloud Engineer to architect, operate, and transition secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across hosting, storage, networking, access, and monitoring.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field, 5+ years in cloud engineering, and relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+). Experience with AWS/Azure/GovCloud, Kubernetes, Appian, Java, and API integrations is required, plus an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, automate, sustain, and monitor ACWS cloud environments.
• Support deployment readiness, security hardening, capacity planning, patching, backup/recovery, and restoration.
• Maintain configuration and operating documentation.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, administrators, application teams, and hosting providers.
