Have a chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team: Share your experience and learn more about Cutover and the role you are interviewing for.
Meet the hiring manager: This will typically be your direct manager at Cutover.
Stakeholder interviews: Meet with two or three other team members in your department and colleagues in cross-functional departments.
Final interview stage: This is typically a meeting with a member of our leadership team.
Cutover gave me the platform to apply my skills but also provided opportunities to learn about topics I am passionate about by giving me the flexibility to work on projects with other parts of the teams.
