Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure across AWS, OCI, and occasional GCP/Azure. You will own automation, security, and observability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable secure deployments and scalable operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Helm), and GitHub workflows, plus strong security and compliance awareness. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in cloud engineering or DevSecOps.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and OCI; familiarity with GCP/Azure.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including GPU workloads.
• Proficient in Terraform, Helm, Docker; AWS ECS.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise.
• Security practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 / ISO 27001.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Architect, secure scalable cloud infra on AWS, OCI; occasional GCP/Azure.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters and AWS ECS, incl. GPU workloads.
• Embed security measures and integrate security tooling.
• Implement observability with Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry.
• Use Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive secure DevOps practices.
• Address vulnerabilities and security incidents promptly.
• Handle DevOps/SRE intake queues.
• Migrate Kubernetes workloads from AWS EKS to OCI OKE with minimal disruption.
