Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engineer to drive development and stability of cloud platforms. You will design secure, scalable cloud foundations in AWS and contribute to multi-cloud initiatives with Terraform and Python.

You will collaborate with developers and platform teams, automate infrastructure with IaC, and lead security-first practices while optimizing performance and costs in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong AWS experience with cloud platforms and architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Terraform and Python; CI/CD tooling know-how.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructures (AWS focus).
• Develop IaC to automate provisioning and shift-left security and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams to gather requirements.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features for cloud platforms.
• Monitor performance, costs, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical mentoring and drive best practices in DevOps.
