Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Cloud Engineer III to design, implement, and sustain secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure for the Defense Enclave Services (DES) Operations & Maintenance program. You will lead automation, IaC, and CI/CD efforts while supporting mission-critical DoD workloads and DISA requirements.

Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is required. US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with substantial relevant cloud experience.
• Hands-on design, deployment and support of enterprise cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Automation experience using Ansible, PowerShell, or similar.
• CI/CD development in DevSecOps environments.
• Knowledge of IAM/ICAM technologies (Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk).
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certs and DoD Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Develop and manage IaC and automation to deploy cloud environments.
• Migrate on-premises apps and workloads to cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot Tier 3 cloud, network, identity, and app issues.
• Collaborate with security, ops, and architecture teams to meet enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
