Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AI Integration) in Chantilly, VA to design and optimize secure cloud environments for AI/ML workloads. You will automate infrastructure with DevSecOps and IaC, and integrate public clouds with on-premises systems and accelerator hardware.

You will strengthen secure cloud operations, ensure high availability for mission-critical AI apps, and lead governance for data and models while guiding multi-tenant deployments and advanced container

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance or higher
8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or related roles
Hands-on with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of AI/ML compute environments, distributed systems, or HPC
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and DevSecOps pipelines
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and cloud networking/storage optimization
Strong secure cloud practices and multi-enclave operations
Effective cross-team communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

Design cloud architectures optimized for AI/ML compute, storage, and networking needs
Automate cloud infrastructure using DevSecOps and IaC tools
Integrate public cloud platforms with on-premises systems and accelerator hardware
Support secure, high-availability operations for classified AI applications
Manage container orchestration platforms and multi-tenant operations
Implement data and model governance for secure AI pipelines
