Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, CS, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years in enterprise messaging or cybersecurity, including 3 years in Microsoft 365 email security administration.
• Experience with Proofpoint, Exchange Online, EOP, and related security controls.

Responsibilities

• Administers, monitors, maintains, and tunes enterprise email security platforms (Proofpoint, M365).
• Supports Exchange Online, EOP, Defender for Office 365, and mail-flow features.
• Investigates phishing, BEC, spoofing, malware, and other email threats; performs threat hunting and remediation.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation and operational metrics.
• Participates in disaster recovery, on-call rotation, and vendor evaluations.
