Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments. You will drive automation, containerization, and IaC practices across AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Linux/Unix expertise and strong Git skills.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalents.
• Operate containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with AWS EKS/AKS/GKE and production Kubernetes workloads.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Create automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Apply configuration management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Monitor performance, availability, and health of systems.
• Use Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, or CloudWatch for monitoring/logging.
• Implement security, access controls, and DevSecOps practices.
• Troubleshoot infra, deployments, networking, and production issues.
• Collaborate with devs, architects, QA, security, and operations.
• Contribute to incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain architecture diagrams and runbooks.
