Job summary

Paradigm Global Consulting is seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations / DevOps Engineer to join an operations-focused team managing SAP Analytics Cloud environments in AWS. You will own troubleshooting, CI/CD maintenance, infrastructure drift remediation, and on-call duties to ensure system availability and performance.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), Jenkins, Ansible, and AWS, plus solid monitoring with Grafana or Dynatrace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or four additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Terraform experience with troubleshooting and drift remediation.
• 5+ years AWS cloud environment experience.
• Hands-on Jenkins CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting and operational support.
• Proficient in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Strong Kubernetes experience including EKS, deployments, health checks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with production monitoring/logging tools like Grafana or Dynatrace.
• Experience with on-call incident management and SLA adherence.
• Proficient in CLI-based system and deployment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production tickets and perform root-cause analysis.
• Investigate logs, metrics, and traces using Grafana, Dynatrace, and similar tooling.
• Support SAC environment availability, performance, and reliability in AWS.
• Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and OneTouch deployments.
• Perform Terraform changes and drift remediation for environment consistency.
• Support Kubernetes/EKS workloads and resolve deployment issues.
• Automate infrastructure tasks with Ansible.
• Manage secrets with Vault or comparable tooling.
• Participate in on-call rotations with defined SLAs.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation.
