Quantum Technologies. LLC in Houston seeks a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, GCP, Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD automation.

You will automate provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operation of customer environments across AWS and GCP. The engineer will also build reusable deployment modules, manage cloud resources, implement pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable, and observable environments, including RAG/knowledge pipeline infrastructure such as document stores

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Terraform experience on AWS and GCP.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform across AWS and GCP.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning, networking, IAM, and logging.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment of pre-built packages and configurations.
• Provision and manage infrastructure for RAG and knowledge pipelines, including document stores and vector databases.
• Implement automated environment creation, updates, backups, and teardown processes.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboards for operational readiness.
• Manage cloud security through IAM policies, secrets management, private networking, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to translate designs into reusable deployment modules.
• Optimize cloud costs through tagging, budgets, and idle-environment management.
