Visual Soft, Inc is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer with extensive AWS experience for a federal project in Winchester, VA. The role combines remote work (2 days) with on-site presence (3 days) under a TOP SECRET clearance requirement. Strong architecture and DevSecOps skills are essential.

The candidate will lead cloud service models, migrate on-premise apps to cloud, and design scalable solutions while ensuring security and uptime. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience.
• US Citizens with active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Remote (2 days) / Onsite (3 days) in Winchester, VA; fully onsite per clearance needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural framework for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
• Analyze applications to plan migrations to cloud environments.
• Provide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services.
• Develop and implement cloud applications; migrate on-premises apps to the cloud.
• Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to cloud software.
