Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to design, build, and own core components of a Kubernetes-based private cloud AI platform. You will translate feature specs into scalable backend services and collaborate with product managers in a hybrid team.

We expect strong experience with Golang, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux fundamentals, and security, plus hands-on work with containerized systems and Git workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–5 years of professional cloud/platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerized systems (CSI, PV/PVC lifecycle).
• Experience with Linux, server, storage, networking basics.
• Golang and shell scripting proficiency.
• Git, Make and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own core platform components of a Kubernetes-based private cloud AI platform.
• Translate feature specifications into robust designs and production-ready code.
• Build and evolve backend services with a focus on scalability and security.
• Lead debugging of cross-layer issues and guide teammates through code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and evaluate new technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in a hybrid team.
