CACI International is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer to design, build, and secure multi‑cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Oracle, and Google Cloud, collaborating with engineers, architects, and security teams to deliver scalable, mission‑critical environments.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, 5–7 years of cloud engineering (Azure/AWS), hands‑on IaC experience with Terraform/ARM/BICEP, and automation skills.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • 5–7 years of cloud engineering experience with Azure and AWS.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud solutions using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodeStar, or Docker.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies including ARM templates, Terraform, Ansible, or BICEP.
  • Familiarity with cloud template technologies such as Azure Resource Manager, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, and architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Strong automation background using PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML, JSON, or Ansible.
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within six months (Security+, SSCP, CCNA Security, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Manage compute, storage, networking, and database services across clouds.
  • Apply security standards and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet mission objectives.

As a Senior Cloud Developer/Engineer, you’ll work across AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP to build and sustain modern cloud solutions that strengthen security monitoring, threat detection, and enterprise‑wide resilience. You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, and security teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across diverse cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
  • Support multi‑cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, Ansible, or BICEP.

  • Troubleshoot environment‑specific cloud issues and uphold cloud security best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodeStar, or Docker.

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies including ARM templates, Terraform, Ansible, or BICEP.

Desired:
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and additional platforms such as Google Cloud.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Understanding of FIPS‑199, NIST 800‑53, NIST 800‑53A, NIST 800‑37, and DoD Cloud Security Requirements.

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Expert.

Work Environment
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for roughly half of the workday.

  • Occasional movement within the office to access equipment or collaborate with colleagues.

  • Frequent interaction with co‑workers, leadership, and customers, including delivering presentations and communicating technical details clearly.
