Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager - Cloud Delivery in Boston to lead cloud services delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. You will manage a distributed cloud engineering team, partner with Architecture, Cyber Security, Applications, Data, and product teams to design, deploy, migrate, operate, and optimize cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of progressive infrastructure or cloud experience, including Azure operations.
3+ years leading distributed technology teams across time zones.
Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, resiliency, scalability, cost optimization, governance.
Experience with IaC, automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native/container platforms.
Experience with cloud financial management, budgeting and cost reporting.
Experience managing incidents, change management, and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop cloud engineering staff with goals and succession plans.
Own Azure infrastructure and platform delivery across environments.
Develop cloud platform roadmaps aligned with strategy and operations.
Guide design, deployment, migration, and support of Azure and hybrid-cloud capabilities.
Lead technical planning with engineers, architects, PMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor service performance, availability, capacity, and risk.
Lead FinOps practices including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and reporting.
Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities.
Collaborate with Cyber Security on security, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Ensure readiness through change management and CAB review.
Support major incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintain service docs, diagrams, runbooks, and CMDB records.
Drive automation, observability, and efficiency across teams.
Communicate cloud strategy and delivery status to stakeholders.
