Job summary

Amazon AWS ProServe seeks a Senior Delivery Consultant to design and deliver complex AWS solutions in a customer-focused role. Lead architecture, integration, and migration efforts while guiding stakeholders and ensuring best practices and security compliance.

You will mentor teams, share artifacts, and help customers optimize their cloud journey with AI-enhanced solutions. This position is based in Dallas, TX, with the AWS ProServe team driving customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including integration of agentic or generative AI into customer facing applications.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred), with proficiency in a wide range of services (e.g., Compute, Database, Integration, Identity, Networking, Automated packaging and deployment).
• 3+ years designing and implementing Natural Language Processing/Understanding (Voice or chat) solutions using at least one conversational AI framework (e.g., NLX, Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
