Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with distributed databases (Cassandra/OpenSearch/Kafka/PostgreSQL/Redis).
• 5+ years AWS infrastructure management at scale.
• 5+ years DevOps automation with CI/CD and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes); 5+ years supporting live production SaaS.
• 3+ years leading technical projects with task estimation, milestones, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy large-scale data solutions across Cassandra, Kafka, and OpenSearch.
• Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Improve reliability with automated backups, security patching, and incident management.
• Guide application teams on data access patterns and cloud migration strategies.
