Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Data Conversion Sr. Developer to lead the migration of complex data into Oracle Cloud ERP.

You will own the design of conversion programs, guide junior developers, and act as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the data conversion lifecycle. You will design, build, and execute the solutions required to convert legacy data, develop complex SQL scripts, and collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to ensure

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands-on data conversion/migration experience for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, or HCM).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Experience leading technical data conversion activities through multiple project lifecycles.

Mansioni

• Design the data conversion strategy and source-to-target mappings for complex data objects.
• Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes for Oracle Cloud formats (FBDI/HDL).
• Own and manage data load cycles, including mocks, rehearsals, and cutover.
• Troubleshoot data errors and performance bottlenecks and serve as escalation point for technical issues.
• Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes post-load.
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with functional leads, analysts, and client SMEs to define transformation logic.
