Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Data/AI Engineer to join the Google Cloud First team. You will design and implement modern data and AI solutions, building pipelines in BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc while collaborating with clients and senior architects.

You will apply SQL and Python to model data, optimize queries, and deploy ML/AI models using Vertex AI and Gemini technologies, with emphasis on data governance and secure patterns. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, ML Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years practical experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• 5+ years experience with SQL, data modeling, and building data pipelines.
• 3+ years experience with Python or AI/GenAI tools (Vertex AI preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); Associate’s degree requires 6 years of work experience.

• Build data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations on GCP.
