Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of data architecture and data engineering experience.
• Strong data modeling expertise (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Hands-on design of enterprise data architecture.
• Advanced ELT/ETL development, cloud-native preferred.
• Deep Snowflake experience; certification a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data architecture design aligned to business domains.
• Develop canonical and semantic data models for analytics and reporting.
• Define standards for data modeling, quality, metadata, and lineage.
• Design and develop ELT/ETL pipelines using modern cloud-native tools.
• Optimize Snowflake workloads for performance and cost.
• Mentor analytics engineers and guide pipeline and architecture platform development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data structures.
• Establish governance, guardrails, and data‑as‑a‑product practices.
