Job summary

You will mentor team members, communicate trade-offs, align solutions with business needs, and drive innovation with emerging data technologies.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience implementing data management, integration, visualization, and analytics across on-premises and cloud environments.
• End-to-end data architecture proficiency including ingestion, storage, and relational modeling with SQL and Python.
• Experience with modern data architectures, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), real-time data distribution (Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, Airflow), NoSQL, GraphQL, and data warehousing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective data architectures within cross-functional teams.
• Lead adoption/integration of AWS/Azure architecture services and collaborate with data engineers.
• Prepare and deliver raw data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
• Assess and advocate data management technologies to close gaps between current and target states.
• Improve data integration, quality, and delivery to support business initiatives and roadmaps.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions meeting requirements.
• Mentor staff and develop technical capabilities in the team.
• Collaborate with customers and development staff to increase value of client data.
