Rescale is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team responsible for the core cloud computing orchestration engine. You will enhance technical excellence, drive AI-assisted development, and scale engineering simulations across cloud providers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management experience, strong knowledge of scalable distributed systems, and experience with AI tools. The position offers a compensation range of $180K - $260K.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing Software Engineering teams.
• Technically proficient as an IC, to at least Senior Engineer level.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the SDLC.
