Job summary

RGA is seeking a senior architecture lead to drive design, development, and integration of automation and DevOps capabilities. You will guide cloud and container-based solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, scalable architectures across projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in hosting architectures using containers and cloud services, with strong Python and automation tooling experience, plus leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in application hosting architectures with containers/cloud.
• LOMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architecture, design, development, and integration of automation and DevOps capabilities.
• Develop automation and applications using Python; support deployments across cloud platforms.
• Lead analysis of IT problems and evaluate technology products for cost-effective solutions.
• Document processes, provide status reports, and mentor team members.
