The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cloud architecture, Top Secret/SCI Poly clearance, and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Top Secret/SCI Poly clearance required.
• 7+ years in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
• 7+ years in secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• One or more of: AWS Certified Solutions Architect; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud architectures that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Define and implement cloud strategies aligned with objectives and roadmaps.
• Develop cloud solutions addressing infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and services with awareness of industry trends.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and partners to gather requirements and align with goals.
• Oversee deployment and integration of cloud solutions per designs and standards.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for cloud architectures, designs, configurations.
• Provide guidance and support to development and operations teams.
