You will guide cloud adoption across AWS, GCP, and OCI, aligning with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks while coordinating with security, networking, and development teams.

The role emphasizes migration strategy, reference architectures, and cost optimization, with a focus on scalable, secure cloud solutions and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in IT architecture, with emphasis on cloud and enterprise architecture.
• Experience migrating solutions across two or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).
• Experience with state/federal government IT programs and large-scale contracts.
• Proficiency in cloud-native design patterns, microservices, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture services aligned with customer IT standards and objectives.
• Assess, plan, and execute migrations to public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI).
• Develop and maintain reference architectures, roadmaps, standards, and patterns.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor translating requirements into scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Evaluate on-premises and hybrid environments and develop migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platform, re-architect).
• Collaborate with security, networking, development, and operations to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Support proposal development with technical volumes and architecture diagrams.
• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, state standards).
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and innovation across the enterprise.
